Over the years, we have established an extensive sales network in China that covers all provinces, laying a solid foundation for the promotion of our products. In addition to a stable in-house sales team, we have an extensive distributor network, composed of over 400 distributors as of December 31, 2020. In 2020, we sold our products to more than 1,200 hospitals nationwide, of which more than 400 were Grade IIIA hospitals. According to F&S, we had the largest sales network among domestic surgical stapler manufacturers in terms of the number of hospitals covered as of December 31, 2020. In overseas markets, we have built up a sales network composed of over 70 distributors to promote both our own brands and OEM products, and have sold our products to over 60 countries and regions.
